We are an innovative healthcare product company focused on improving wellness through evidence-based, consumer-friendly solutions. As we scale, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic Part-Time CFO to provide high-level financial leadership and guide our company through key stages of growth.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced CFO to work closely with our CEO and leadership team to oversee financial strategy, forecasting, reporting, and planning. This fully remote role is ideal for a hands-on finance executive who wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing mission-driven business on a flexible schedule.

The main initial aim of the role will be to support a Seed Funding Round.

Responsibilities

ey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting

  • Advise on cash flow, capital allocation, and fundraising efforts

  • Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to profitability

  • Lead budget creation and financial planning processes

  • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory standards

  • Liaise with external accountants, investors, and advisors

  • Support strategic decision-making with financial modeling and scenario analysis

  • Contribute to board reporting and investor updates

  • Build a pitchdeck

 

  • Lead on See funding round with SeedRs and other funding partners
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, ideally in health, wellness, or consumer products

  • Strong knowledge of startup finance, fundraising, and cash management

  • Experience with remote work and lean, agile teams

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent experience preferred
