What We Look For
Boards appoint non-executives for independence, judgement and the ability to challenge constructively, not for operational delivery. The candidates we can help most bring genuine board-readiness — an understanding of directors’ duties and governance, a clear value proposition such as a sector, a functional specialism or a particular experience like transformation or M&A, and the behavioural maturity to contribute in a boardroom.
